In the past week or two, many Westlake Revelations readers have been complaining about problems with AT&T wireless coverage in Westlake Village, and even parts of Agoura. Those that have reported the issues have been told by AT&T that there are no other reports of issues.

If you are an AT&T wireless customer experiencing dropped calls, inability to make calls, or poor service that is different from what you normally get in the Westlake Village area, you should dial 611 from your cell phone or 800-331-0500 and make a quick report of the call to give AT&T the data points necessary to figure out the problem. Don’t leave this others to do, it’s the combination of calls that solves the problem.
