News Release From the City

NORTHBOUND LOOP ON-RAMP TO 101 FREEWAY FROM LINDERO CANYON ROAD TO CLOSE FOR THREE WEEKS BEGINNING ON FEBRUARY 24

At the end of February, work associated with the reconstruction of the Lindero Canyon Road/101 freeway overpass project will focus on the northbound loop on-ramp to the 101 freeway. This work will require a three-week closure of that on-ramp. The closure is necessary to ensure the safety of both motorists and construction crew members.

The closure will begin at 6:00 am on Monday, February 24 and the ramp will be re-opened by 5:00 pm on Monday, March 17. The other on-ramp (from southbound Lindero Canyon Road, below the Four Seasons Hotel) to the northbound 101 freeway from Lindero Canyon Road will remain open. In addition, motorists may choose to access the 101 freeway from either Reyes Adobe Road in Agoura Hills or Westlake Boulevard in Thousand Oaks as an alternative to Lindero Canyon Road.
