Westlake Village Community Foundation Hosting Gourmet
BBQ Dinner Fundraiser at City’s 9th Annual City Celebration

Community members are invited to enjoy a delightful dinner at the Westlake Village Community Foundation BBQ on Saturday, October 22, at the Westlake Village Civic Center. The dinner, sponsored by Stonefire Grill (www.stonefiregrill.com) will feature mesquite grilled tri-tip, garlic mashed potatoes, cowboy beans, BBQ chopped salad (meatless), and Stonefire’s famous breadsticks. To compliment your dinner, Wades Wines is providing fine wine and micro-brewed beer.

Dinners can be pre-purchased for $10 per person prior to the event or on the day of the event for $12 per person. Beer and wine can be purchased for $5 per glass. A special kid’s plate featuring macaroni and cheese, breadsticks, and apple slices will be available for $5. Costco in Westlake Village has also provided its support by donating water bottles and apples for the kid’s plate. All proceeds raised will benefit the Westlake Village Community Foundation.

The dinner begins at 4:30 pm and ends at 7:30 pm, with beer and wine available from 3:00 pm till 8:00 pm. Information on how to pre-purchase a dinner can be found on the City’s website at www.wlv.org. The BBQ dinner is part of the annual Westlake Village City Celebration which features a full day and night of fun activities including the White Oak PFC Fun Fair, Twilight 5K run, Haunted House, and live entertainment.

The Westlake Village Community Foundation is a non-profit organization that was established to support and promote educational, cultural, and recreation programs, facilities, and services for the benefit of those who live and work in the City of Westlake Village. The Foundation provides on-going funding for the Young Adult Resource Center at the Westlake Village Library and a scholarship program for high school seniors. Currently, the Foundation is working to secure funding for the Westlake Village Community Park project located on Thousand Oaks Boulevard
