BRUSH FIRE UPDATE
As of 4:51pm:
More than 220 firefighters are now battling the fire at Hampshire Rd and Highway 101. Firefighters are making good progress on the ground and Sheriff’s helicopters have been making extremely effective water drops on the fire. VCFD firefighters are now being assisted by air and ground units from the L.A. County Fire Dept. Containment is being called 30 percent.
