BRAD HALPERN
Devoted Champion of Keeping Westlake Village the Jewel it is.

Westlake Village is simply the best of the best; the place we all moved to for great schools, open spaces, and a safe wholesome lifestyle. Our city has done an enormous number of things right to provide this wonderful lifestyle and fiscal responsibility that we all enjoy, but after 50+ years the very things we enjoy most in Westlake Village are being threatened.

I am determined to keep WLV a wonderful treasure by shaping our city policy to preserve our small town feel, serenity, charm, and desirability. I vow to support programs for seniors, and endorse only development fitting the Westlake Village Lifestyle. Additionally, I will push to strengthen our schools which directly affect our property values, manage traffic and congestion, offer better pedestrian safety, while I strive for better connectivity through wireless/fiber. These passions will be accomplished via collaboration among council member with who I share a great rapport and working relationship.

For the past 10 years as board member, and currently serving my third consecutive term as President, of the First Neighborhood HOA, I have reinvigorated numerous valued characteristics of our neighborhood, including architectural policies, the financial reserve, and FNDC summer camp. Additionally, I serve on the WLV Community Grants Committee, and AHS’ Site Council.

A SoCal native, I grew up in Tarzana, and graduated from USC. Today I own a USDA certified health food manufacturing company, and I’m involved in a Westlake Village solar company. My wife, Robyn, and I moved here to raise our three children through the local schools… 17 years later, we are still in awe of this perfect real life Mayberry.

I am not a politician… I am a deeply involved within OUR community, and very accessible; so please feel free to email or call me with any questions (818) 292-6080

I bring new energy and vision in my strong business acumen, proven stewardship, and open communication to bolster the ideals that we all love about Westlake Village!
